Comments: Jim is a great talker and will promise you the world. However, the delivery doesn't happen. During our construction project in 2018, Jim stopped responding to our calls / texts, was often out of town, and very defensive and argumentative when we did get ahold if him. We had 4+ project managers, who weren't really managing the project. Our project that was supposed to take 6 months, wasn't completed after 13 months. We ended up hiring a lawyer and a new contractor to finish the project. I hope nobody else has to go through what we did.

Comments: I am extremely satisfied with Jim. He is on top of everything, adhered to all schedules, and all expectations were met.
