He answered all questions and concerns and was at my house at 7:30 am. He was very patient and knowledgeable of my questions and concerns. He was ready to do the job right then and there. Comments: I am an out of state client that needed to bring an investment property up to code. This building was built in 1978 and had many violations. Charlmer called right away, was very efficient and knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He even called the city, spoke to the inspectors, worked with Comed to get new meters installed and he obtained permits, rewired, updated and upgraded a two unit building. When the work was completed, he met with the city inspectors to ensure everything was up to code and that the building passed inspection. Charms saved me a lot of time and money not having to travel and be present to verify the work. Charms was reliable, kept providing regular updates and sent photos via phone so that I felt comfortable with the quality of work being done. I am still in contact with Chalmer as he continues to provide exceptional service and assistance in other areas with my property. He is by far the best contractor I have worked with. He serviced the non-working outlet. My initial call was about a burning smell in my bedroom like wires burning in the walls. He made an assessment and found nothing and encouraged me to seek further assessment, which I did this same night. He wanted me to feel more secure and I did.
