After the representative took the measurements he gave me a quote for almost 4 times as much as they advertised. Work Description: I was told they would work 6/2/17 - 6/4/17. 3 workers started the job 6/2/17 at 9:30 am. by 10 am 2 workers had to leave to get tools they didn't have.. their van broke down they never returned.. the remaining worker removed a carpet and the foam backing in an 8' x21' room for 4 hours.. I could have done it myself in an hour.. I was told they could not work 6/3/17 and would be back early 6/4/17. on 6/4/17 at 10am I txt the crew leader to ask if they were coming he said they were loading the truck since the were over a half hour away and were still loading the van they wouldn't be at my house till 10:30 or 11.. I don't call that early. so I asked why they didn't call me they said they didn't have my #.. I reminded them they had called me already once before but they said too many # in there phone to keep track I said I didn't want them to do the job they were Liars and unreliable so I didn't want them in my house.. they had to get some empty buckets a level and a broom from my back porch so they came by and the leader started getting aggressive and insisting he didn't lie and was yelling at me. I closed the house door and asked them to leave but the porch door he continued to yell at me through the door I told him to leave or I would call the police he still refused to leave and I had to call the police to get him to leave.. I have tried to contact Ray Harrington for a refund but he is not answering my calls or txt's
