Work Description: Gravel Repair

Comments: We called Emilio to fix 2 ruts we had on our driveway. He was very nice and told us he Kew exactly what needed to be done to fix our driveway. They showed up and dumped a load of red clay and called to suggest we buy more dirt and more gravel. We agreed. He never compacted the dirt. We went on vacation and while we were gone there was extremely heavy rains. When we returned home and drove up our driveway very slowly, we immediately starting sinking into the gravel and slimy red mud. Our driveway is destroyed, 10 times worse than when we called him out just a month ago. I'm devastated on how disgusting our driveway is. Anyone from Oklahoma knows what red clay looks like once it's a slimy muddy disaster! We've called and he initially tried to blame us. Now he is wanting to charge us for him to come fix his mistake. I am in complete disbelief that this company would come and destroy our driveway and asks us to pay them to correct their terrible work! Do not use these people! They Have zero ethics and do not stand behind their work!
Rachel we appreciate the opportunity, we did exactly as you guys asked. We suggested more gravel because you guys do need more, given the condition of your driveway prior to our arrival. Keep in mind majority of our correspondences were via text, we ONLY placed dirt in the driveway because Richard asked us to. I believe I forwarded that to you for you to see. Now that being said I never blamed you guys, Richard (your husband) and I spoke about us coming back to mediate the work (for free). The added cost was to haul and spread an additional (20) tons. We'd be glad to come back out as planned initially. Thanks for the feedback
