Description: We are a family-operated business. Our goal is to provide you the best services we can and the best you've ever had. Our prices are not the lowest in town, but they are very reasonable and worthy of our commitment to accommodate and satisfy your needs. To fulfill that goal, we work 7 days/week with a team of 4 permanent team members. We offer free and accurate estimates for every work request. We explain what is included and not included and ask you about the details. We provide the cleaning supplies, except when specifically requested by you. We request feedback from you after/during every cleaning. Please be upfront, respectful and detailed in your review. Your feedback is taken seriously and any concerns are promptly addressed. We will provide excellent references upon request.

ROUTINE CLEANING: NIGHTLY OR WEEKLY

These items are an overall description of the routine services. Please discuss your needs with us during our first estimate visit.

- Vacuum and or sweeping of floor surfaces
- Mop hard surface floors.
- Remove dirt on door frames and threshold.
- Dust horizontal surfaces (non-obstructed surfaces of chairs, tables, desks, cabinets, furniture).
- Empty and clean wipe waste receptacles and ashtrays.
- Disinfect telephones and water fountains. Shine fountain surfaces.
- Remove smudges around door frames, glass, kick plates, light switches, horizontal surfaces and unobstructed work areas.
- Restrooms: Clean and mop. Disinfect. Clean mirrors, partitions, urinals, toilets and sinks using disinfectant/detergents.
- Sweep surface of immediate exterior entry areas.
