Work Description: Patio Concrete
Comments: Completed destroyed my yard putting in a concrete patio for my neighbor. Huge tire tracks and divots throughout the side and back of my yard...created a complete mud pit full of rocks. Never did a thing to fix it, major damage...never sodded, seeded, flatten out...20% of my yard is dirt because of R&J Century Concrete. Sounds crazy....but not fabricated at all....Completely unprofessional truck driver from the company tore up my yard....go elsewhere for for your concrete work. They should fix the issue if they destroy a neighbors property next to the home they are working on....Indianapolis IN

Comments: I'm extremely saddened by the fact that I trusted R & J Century Concrete ( Robert Coles) to do a major job. I asked him if he had done a job this size before and he said he had which is why I trusted him. The work was definitely not up to par. We met and I explained in detail what I wanted. Needless to say it didn't go as planned. I have attached photo for your review.1. My driveway is crooked.
2. There were damage to the brick.
3. There is a dip in the concrete on my driveway. Which should have been leveled.
4. The lines on the sidewalk are closed.
5. Cement was left around my stone wall.
6. Pits in the cement which cause concern of cracking.
7. Poor communication
8. Work no complete.
9. Took money without completing work.
10. Expired insurance
We had a conversation about these issues and he said that he would correct them. Well...he hasn't. As a matter of fact I haven't heard from him.
Let me add he also stated that he was licensed and bonded which was a lie.
