Comments: FIRST APPT. WAS MADE BUT WAS NEVER COMPLETED AS THERE WAS NO PHONE CALL FOR NOT SHOWING THAT DATE, HOWEVER WE DID MAKE A SECOND APPT. THAT WAS NOT COMPLETED AS WHILE I WAS CALLING HIM HE WAS TEXTING ME TO CANCEL. THIRD APPT. WAS MADE AND HE DID NOT SHOW AT ALL OR CALL. GO FIGURE !!!
