Work Description: Renovate half bath into handicap accessible doorway & shower

Comments: XLT Construction totally renovated our 1950's half bath & they did a remarkably FABULOUS job, all in 16 days! I highly recommend XLT Construction. Their crew is trustworthy & dedicated, although I do suggest homeowners watch the crew's "finish" work because they are so quick that some things can be done with more quality if the crew would just slow down a bit when doing finish work. When finish work quality was brought up to XLT's owner, Leonel LeBaron, the finish work was redone with much better quality. Mr. LeBaron is an honorable, fair man, who was available to discuss the project throughout the entire process. Again, I highly recommend XLT Construction. (I only wish I could show you pictures - absolutely STUNNING finished project, complete with stone tile walls & ceiling in handicap shower & mosaic floor - with a cubby for shampoo & handicap personal shower fixture system! So so satisfied with this company!)

Comments: The workers were very friendly and professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction and the work area was left clean. They came to complete the job within a days notice of calling and that was very much appreciated!

Work Description: We had them install about 24 sq. ft. of travertine backsplash in the kitchen with a stainless backing behind the stove.

Comments: Showed up on time, put down protective coverings on floor and counter and completed the work in a timely manner. Their tile guy and his team did an excellent job and it looks professional. Keep us informed as they went through the process and overall it was very well done. I will use this contractor again on our next job. Good to see a contractor who calls back, shows up and gets it done as agreed!

Comments: Not only did they do high quality work but they offered several suggestions that we hadn't thought of and it all turned out beautiful. We will be using them again!

Comments: fast and efficient. excellent work. no hard sell, no pressure. very nice, clean, punctual. the only challenge is a little language barrier. we missed a few minor details but everything worked out fabulously in the end!

Comments: The guys job was outstanding, I was very happy with their work. They were very respectfully of our property and they cleaned up after each day of their work. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again for our bathroom renovation.

Work Description: Took out shower stall and replaced with new pan and tile. Also replaced bath counter/sinks

Comments: Leonel was excellent to work with. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and priced competitively. No surprises. Things were done on time and very professionally. One minor problem was addressed immediately and to my satisfaction. Good follow-up and quick return of calls. No money paid until he was sure we were satisfied. Would use him again and recommend him to anyone.

Comments: When I initially searched for a contractor to work on the water damage in my house, I wasn't sure where to start. I wanted to find someone who was trustworthy while providing a reasonable price with quality work. I went on Networx and found XLT Construction. I called and spoke to the owner Leonel LeBaron, who offered to come to my home and provide me a quote for the repairs. He provided a reasonable quote and after agreeing to the proposed charges, he immediately went to work. Now, after all the work has bee done, it looks as if nothing ever happened to my house. I am very satisfied with the work and I would recommended Leonel LeBaron and XLT Construction to anyone needing to do any home repairs. Thank you very much XLT Construction!

Work Description: Tiled my kitchen floor

Comments: What a wonderful company. From the consultation to the final day they were organized, clean, and professional and took great pride in their work. XLT Construction has very high standards, showing up on time every day. Putting plastic down from entry to the kitchen, every cut on my tile is just perfect. They even called after the job was complete to just check in and make sure I was satisfied. My kitchen looks gorgeous. I will surly use them again in my eyes XLT Construction is the only way to go for all my construction needs. Great professional job!

Comments: Alonzo is still doing the work, but is an excellent tile setter. If given free rein, he could do some spectacular things with tile. Leonel, the owner of the company called me back within minutes of my going on line. That was amazing. What was more amazing was he came out on a Sat to give us an estimate.
In fairness, though, all three of the contractors called back, and two of them came out to give bids. The third one didn't cal back until Monday, but I'd give all high marks for trying to get the job.
