Due to the custom nature of each construction project my rates can vary. Being a Contractor I deliver a product using only time and material. Therefore, it is really unfair to you as the Client and myself as the Contractor to "blind" bid any project without first being able to walk the job firsthand. Do not choose a contractor only because they present the lowest price. If you are considering only the lowest bidder, beware! Quality of materials or workmanship shows.
