Description: Michael T. Williams founded Williams Heating & Cooling in 1980. It started as a small family owned business in Hartford, WI. His youngest son Tom joined the company in 1990 and became president in 2005. Tom has since then kept on the family tradition, which includes no call center. Our phones are always answered by a Williams Heating & Cooling employee, 24 hrs a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. By staying with the family traditions he has helped the company grow to service most of Southeastern WI.
