Work Description: UNQUALIFIED UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM
Comments: Will was hired to paint the interior of my home. The agreement was that I would pay half up front and half at the completion of the job. On the day the job was to be completed I was on my way to the house and he became very pushy that I pay him his second half, though I had not yet seen the work. Further he said there would be one more day of "touch up" work, but in order to get his guys back to work, the would have to be paid. Against my better judgement I transferred the funds via paypal. When I got home I was horrified. The job was no where near completetion (including the rooms he said were already completed). There were globs of dried paint painted onto the walls, the ceilings were streaked and without complete pain coverage (some ceilings were just left unpainted altogether), there was paint in my carpet, on my pine floors, on my new furniture, on my microwave, on my beds, on my kitchen cabinets, etc. I asked him to remove the fixtures for a complete paint job, but he only chose to remove a few - the rest he simply got pain all over. Two small areas that needed to be spackled have globs of spackle - they don't look like they were sanded at all, rather just painted right over. I called Will and told him how unhappy I was with the work. Initially I told him there was a lot to be fixed, but as I saw the extent of the damage and how little respect he had for my home I could not agree to let him return to worsen the damage. He agreed to return to the house at a given time so I could show him the issues and discuss a refund. Conveniently his car broke down and then he started blocking my phone calls and text messages. So despite the fact that the agreement was he would be paid after the completion of the job he has stolen my money and left me with an uncompleted and unsatisfactory job. Whatever you do, do not let this man into your home to do any kind of work.Kingston NY

Work Description: Rebuilding and painting small wood front porch.
Comments: I would not recommend this one man company. He sells himself but does not have experience. He did hire a good carpenter who I had to pay to finish the job. Network did not vet this company at all before sending me the contact.-
