Comments: Worst experience I have ever had on something as easy as building a 1 car garage. Work never happened, took my deposit and still waiting to get it back. Filed complaint with BBB and hired a lawyer. Do your research i'm not the first victim. Went to court and won the case see pic below. He never even showed up. Total scam artist. Work Description: Bernard did a kitchen remodel, an interior stair case rebuild, put on a new roof, replaced ceilings, and did some sheet-rocking.
Comments: I would absolutely recommend him. His price was fair and his quality was great. He is good with vision and was able to suggest something for our kitchen we couldn't even imagine.-
