Comments: When John came over on time... he looked at the Freezer concerns, said to unplug and then plug back in and if the problem returned to call him back. Well it did return and we called 2 times and John said on first call he would come by the next morning, haven't seen him yet and it's been over a week. So problem is still there and we have called another service company.

Comments: The repairman was nice courteous. He barely touched the dishwasher and told me what was wrong with it. Then he told me if he fixed it would only last two weeks. So I needed to get a new one instead of fixing it. What he did in my opinion isn’t worth the 100.00 I had to give him for service call. He barely looked at.

I did contact three different places and Allied was the only business that actually called to set an appt (the others did all their communications through text and email) A man named John came out early afternoon and he knew his stuff!!He was polite and got right down to business and was able to diagnose the problem relatively quick. He showed my husband and I what to keep an eye on to know if our unit has frozen over. My home is nice and cool now!! Thank you John. I highly recommend giving Western Allied Refrigeration a call if you find yourself needing someone as quickly as possible and also know what they're doing.

He was polite, prompt, knowledgable and honest. He kept in touch with me thru the whole repair and even sent me text pics showing me exactly what was wrong. He fixed the AC in less than an hour. Comments: Olu was the best appliance technician I’ve ever had. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, punctual and tried to help us save costs where we could. He went the extra mile to help me what happened with our fridge, what he tried before replacing the compressor and got us patched up in less than a day.

It’s hard trusting service companies in Midland but I would have zero hesitation calling Olu up again of any other appliance we have stops working. Very very thankful we got Olu to help us and will definitely only use him moving forward.

Comments: Our walk-in cooler was not working properly. Mr. Olusegun Subair came in to diagnose the problem at 8 a.m. He was able to resolve the problem and the cooler is now working better than when it was newly installed.
He also followed up with phone calls over the next two days to confirm that there were no additional; issues.
I highly recommend the company for your refrigeration work.

Work Description: My heating & cooling unit is combined and it was blowing warm air, I had another company come out and they did a pressure cleaning, however they came back when I called them and told them it was blowing warm air. That company told me I needed a new one, however the repairman Olu came out and was very diligent about seeing what could be done with the unit before I spent money in getting a whole new system. He was so kind and said look, let me see before I do you feel as though you need to purchase a new unit. That is exaxctly what he did. He worked so hard for over 2 hours and he was just wonderful, he corrected and cleaned and today the unit is working great.

Comments: Olu was so diligent in trying "all" options. Instead of saying yes you need to purchase a new one. What really wow me was he called the next day to check and see how the unit was working. That was three days ago and it is working wonderfully. Kutos to Olu
