Our mission is to make your floor-buying experience as hands on and tailored as possible. Work Description: Store Remodel
Comments: Watkins Decorating took care of the remodel of my store and I couldn't be more pleased. They exceeded all expectations on time, budget, friendliness, professionalism and suggestions. They not only installed a beautiful floor that customers and other store owners have complimented, but they removed dressing rooms, installed new slatwall, repaired drywall, closed off a door that wasn't needed anymore, painted the interior of the store and the mall exterior. They even finished the job early even though due to the mall hours they weren't able to do the majority of the work during normal business hours. I couldn't be more pleased.Nashville TN

Work Description: Carpet replacement in home.
Comments: Insisted on cash up front to meet our budget and took advantage of the fact that we would have no recourse. Installed carpet we didn’t choose, installation was so poor the carpet is coming apart along all walls and nails are everywhere making it impossible to walk on our floor without shoes on. This was the worst experience we have ever had, I highly recommended to use anyone other than them.Franklin TN
