All national or local building codes are met or exceeded on each project. We do not do roof-overs. We believe that a structure is designed for a particular load and exceeding that design load may damage the structure or cause architectural deformation.

Work Description: Replace roof shingles at rental property house.
Comments: Contract initiated on Oct. 26, 2016 with Chris Abbott to replace roof shingles at rental property. Multiple requests made to Mr. Abbott to initiate work; there would always be some excuse after he stated that my project would be next. Because none of the work stated on the contract was ever performed after more than 10 months, I terminated the agreement on Sep. 11, 2017 and requested a full refund of $3924.96 within 60 days (deadline of Nov. 11, 2017). No refund has been received thus far despite having multiple exchanges with Mr. Abbott where he stated that he would pay me back, even to the point of setting up three pre-arranged person-to-person meetings on Nov. 16, 17, and 19 to obtain the refund. Mr. Abbott would always find some excuse (e.g., "I'm in Lansing", "I'm in Hazelwood", "I'm in Iowa") that he could not meet with me at these three pre-arranged meetings.
