Comments: I needed some drywall work done on one my rental properties in Waco and I was fortunate is find Waco Tile. I explained to Mr. Phillips that I only needed 2 pieces of sheet rock installed, taped and floated on the ceiling where 2 pieces had fallen. Mr. Phillips came out and gave me a estimate that I thought was reasonable and he did an excellent job. I was extremely happy because one company wanted to charge me $700 and the other wanted to charge me $754 which I thought was extremely over priced, twice the amount more than what I was charged. If I need additional work done on my properties in Waco I will always call Waco Tile because they were not trying to take advantage of me. I live in Austin and had to rely on the internet to find someone and it worked out well for me.
