Work Description: Part on old furnace broken. Attempted to fix what another CO. the day before trashed, in order for them to sell me a new furnace. Mr. Barakat couldn't fix what they destroyed, & installed a new furnace for me the same day.
Comments: Called immediately after I sent Web request. Company that had come out day before destroyed old part & then disconnected some parts so that after part replaced, furnace didn't work at all. Walid, saw what they did & showed me. I immediately called other Co. canceled my order for new furnace, & hired Mr. Barakat. He was not only understanding & honest, he saved me about $1000.
