Work Description: Installed a Light Fixture/Heat Lamp in the Guest Bathroom
Comments: This Guy is Pure Genius. He was able to do what would have been considered the impossible. He is by far the best remodel contractor I have hired to date. This project required that the contractor come up with a design that would accommodate the space he was given to work with and completely rework on the fly what he discovered to be very odd and unusual bathroom layout design. In order for the unit to fit and operate took real professional skill, ingenuity and know how. This is no ordinary handyman but rather a true craftsman. The way he preformed and engineered the project saved me both time and added expense and the need to make additional repairs. What would have been a complete catastrophe done by any other contractor, turned out to be a thing of beauty and unbelievably he did it with no visible damage to the finish surfaces surrounding the project. Boy was lucky to hire him. It took me 30 years as a homeowner to find a handyman of this calibrator beside that fact; he's License, Bonded, and Insured... so you can bet I plan to keep him.-
