Work Description: Bathtub surround tile
Comments: Terrible. After working on the tub surround for two weeks (and damaging the tub by dropping a hammer on it) they were still not done and, worse, they did not pay the tile correctly, leaving a gap between the bottom of the tile and the tub lip. When I pointed this out, the owner became very defensive. He finally offered to fill the gap with plastic molding. I fired this company and have since had a tile contractor come out and verify that the tile has been laid improperly. I already paid $1000 of the bill and now VGK has presented me with a demand to pay the balance of the original estimate ($2000) PLUS came up with an additional bill for another $2000. Meanwhile, I have to hire someone else to come in and fix their subpar job. I would avoid at all costs.-
