Comments: This company charged me total of $1000.00 to replace a used/refurbished 200amp main breaker. The used refurbished breaker tripped and could not be reset after 2 days, the breaker is broken/failed. I ended up order a brand new breaker, installed it, and it's working fine. I will never use this company ever again. I will research with the licensing department to find out if it is illegal for the electric company to install a used refurbished breaker in the electric panel.North Las Vegas NV

Comments: I had 8 smoke detectors and 2 carbon monoxide detectors installed. All were pre wired so all that was needed was for the company to supply the detectors and plug them in. Took a little over an hour. Charge was about $850. The detectors were the same ones that Home Depot sells. Probably $200 in value so the installation was over $600.Mesa AZ

Comments: They wanted $300 to replace a GFCI outlet that wasn't working. I had bought a new outlet at Lowes for $16 and they wanted to charge $43, if I hadn't already have one. Plus, my husband had already had the old outlet unscrewed, but hadn't tried to unhook the wires. The technician metered the old outlet and said there was no power. He charged us $137 to take out the old one and replace it with the new outlet. It was going to cost us $80, just for him coming to the house, so I went ahead and had him do that portion of the work, knowing it that it must be the fuse in the main utility box in the garage that was bad. Anyways, we thought their price was outrages and we will not work with that company again. I went to utube and saw how to replace the fuse in the garage; order the part from Amazon and when it came in, we did the work ourselves.San Diego CA
