Work Description: Leaking Pipe
Comments: I had an unpleasant experience with Vector Services. My rental home had a leaking pipe and so maintenance was scheduled for June 12th between 10am - 2pm. 2pm comes around and they are not here, so we try to call them. We try to text them. Nobody answers. Eventually they show up at 3:30, 1.5 hrs late, no explanation or apologies. All they did was turn off our main bathroom and left a mess of mouse nest and FIBER GLASS. Told us they'd be back in an hour pending approval of their supervisor, but of course they never came back, and we haven't heard from them since. Still haven't responded to any of our calls, texts, or emails. So basically, they were late, left a hazardous mess, and will ignore all forms of communication. If you need any kind of maintenance help, please call Century Heating and Air, LLC (MN) instead. They came promptly at 8am, fixed the issue within 2 hours, and even cleaned up the mess Vector Services left behind.
