Comments: Scheduled for 10:00-11:00 a.m. no call. There were 2 men who showed up after 6:00p.m. Took back off, greased in the back. Worked 10 minutes as per their documentation. Gave me a bill for $197.00. I tried to use it and the same problem occurred immediately. Tried to call the number on the ticket as well as the number I used, the it was no longer in service, I entered it online and the number came back w a scam alert! User BEWARE! This is a scam ! I lost $197.00 to a total scammer and fraudulent “business “.Mayfield KY

Comments: Came to our house at 9pm, unplugged washer, plugged it back in, charged us 187 bucks. Didn’t even run a cycle to see if it worked before he left. Said “give it time”. Washer still doesn’t work obviously. Also weren’t expecting to be charged so much for doing basically nothing. Other businesses in the past have charged 80-90 bucks for coming out to diagnose the problem. We used this guy bc we couldn’t find anyone else to come out any sooner. We were ripped off.Eddyville KY

Comments: Do not use this company. They charged me $300.00 to repair my washing machine. After they left, the machine flooded the laundry room and ruined part of the ceiling in the bedroom. They came back and then said they had to order a part. That was in Jan. It’s Mar and the part still has not come in. They don’t return calls and when they do cannot give any update on the problem. They refuse to return my money so I’m out $300, plus the cost to repair the bedroom ceiling, and still no repaired washing machine.Paducah KY

Comments: It happened on Xmas eve. Took several days of back and forth. They said they were coming on Xmas eve. Didn’t call and didn’t come. Then said the day after Xmas. Didn’t come. Didn’t call. Finally, they came 3 days later. Was told $89 to diagnose. Then once in my home said there was $200 in labor cost to assess and diagnose. To fix washer was over $600. Went with another company that charged me <$200 and it works beautifully.Gilbertsville KY

Comments: I found the services provide very poor I requested an estimate for the work to be performed. I was promised a n estimate on three separate days. No one came and I received a call at 8:30 pm say the couldn’t make it be cause the were slammed. I finally got an estimate for 375.00 plus a 69.00 service. It was a 1 hour job. Comments: Working with Triple A was an overall great experience. We hired them for one project and ended up using them to renovate a lot more of our house. They were easy to get a hold of and had great communication. They were friendly and informative and kept us in the loop almost daily, letting us know about the progress. Triple A gave us affordable quotes throughout the renovation and started the job almost instantly after we accepted the bid. It was just an overall pleasure and we will be using them for any other work that may need to be done on our home in the future. Highly recommend. Thank you. :)Paducah KY

Work Description: Told them what I wanted -- woodwork, carpet cleaning & routine cleaning. They said that was their deep clean & also said windows, inside & out, but told them I didn't need outside, just inside. Quoted around $140 + tax.
Comments: Windows weren't cleaned, not sure whether or not the woodwork was cleaned -- didn’t appear to be -- cobwebs still on wall in bedroom & on ceiling in livingroom. Back door threshold not swept. Toaster still had crumbs on it. Microwave not cleaned. Kitchen & bathroom sinks not cleaned. Towel bar in tub & tub not cleaned. I asked for two things that weren't specifically discussed in initial discussion.The overhead light cover in the kitchen & the floor track at the base of sliding mirrored door of the kitchen to be cleaned. I told the crew that everything was fine, but just because I wanted them out of my home. With those extra things & the things NOT done, I should NOT have been charged $220. Please DO NOT let anyone contact me. I do not want any further contact.

Work Description: Installed replacement kitchen sink and faucet and replacement bathroom sink and faucet.
Comments: Service tech was very polite, very deliberate in his work and cleaning up but he moved VERY slow. He was here for 4:45 hours to change 2 sinks and faucets. There were minor plumbing adjustments to fit the new drains to the existing plumbing. The amount of time it took to do this job seemed very long to us. An adjustment was made to reduce the original invoice when I complained that it was double the original quote. When he left, I realized he installed the bathroom faucets with the set screws facing front instead of to the side or to the back even after I told him I watched the installation video that said to attach the faucet first for easy access to attach them. I am not at all happy to see those screws every time I approach the sink. I called them back to fix the bathroom faucets. Tony agreed to schedule Chris to come back and fix it.Metropolis IL
