Work Description: UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSCRUPULOUS COMPANY
Comments: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY A/C SERVICES!!!! THEY ARE UNSCRUPULOUS AND CON ARTISTS!!! THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED!! ELAINE THE OWNER DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT OR SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. SHE HAS A CHIP ON HER SHOULDER. COLLECTED A $45 SERVICE FEE UNDER MY HOME WARRANTY COMPANY SELECT HOME WARRANTY AND SHE SAYS WE OWE HER ANOTHER $30. THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY NEEDEN APPROVAL FROM SELECT HOME WARRANTY. I CALL SELECT HOME WARRANTY AND THEY TOLD ME THEY APPROVED $160 FOR THE REPAIR. I CALLED TROPICAL AIR AND SPOKE TO ELAINE WHO LIED AND TOLD ME I WAS RUDE TO THE TECHNICIAN AND THAT I OWE HER MONEY BECAUSE THE PAPERWORK FROM SELECT HOME WARRANTY STATES I HAVE TO PAY A $75 SERVICE FEE. I TOLD HER MY CONTRACT WITH SELECT HOME WARRANTY SAYS $45 AND THIS WAS CONFIRMED WITH THE WARRANTY COMPANY. SHE SAID THAT THEY WILL NOT COME BACK OUT AND THAT I NEED TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH MY REPAIR. ELAINE IS THE OWNER SO THIS IS THE ONLY REASON SHE CAN GET AWAY WITH SUCH A TERRIBLE ROTTEN ATTITUDE LIKE THAT. I TOLD SELECT HOME WARRANTY HOW SHE WAS ACTING ON THE PHONE AND THEY TOOK MY SERVICE FEE AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. SELECT HOME WARRANTY SAID THEY WILL CONTACT THIS COMPANY. I HOPE THEY DROP THEM. THE OWNER ELAINE IS A TERRIBLE PERSON TO DEAL WITH. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. ELAINE IS A SCAM ARTIST.
