Paul Lappin earned his Bachelor’s degree from Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY. Paul has had extensive experience in both residential and commercial construction beginning in 1983 with the Spring Valley Water Company in Rockland County NY. After graduating from college, Paul began a career as an EPA certified radon inspection specialist, and later went on to become an ASHI licensed home inspector. With thousands of home inspections under his belt, Paul decided to pursue his passion for construction by becoming a licensed general contractor.

Besides his talent and experience, one of Paul’s greatest assets is his commitment to the customer. He takes great care to keep all lines of communication open, to listen to the customer and do his best to fulfill their construction desires. Most of all, Paul is punctual and organized. He shows up when he says he will, and his estimates are remarkably accurate. He makes sure each project is completed within the time frame given, keeping the customer informed of each step in the construction process.

Paul is a Licensed North Carolina Residential/Commercial General Contractor, as well as a South Carolina Licensed Home Inspector. He has completed certifications in the application of synthetic stucco (EIFS) as well as in radon/environmental testing.
