Comments: Worst contractor I’ve ever had to work with. Never on time. Does not know how to communicate. Terry offended my girlfriend and insulted my choice of career while bragging about how much money he makes repairing decks. The work that was supposed to be done in 3 - 5 days is still not done 2 months later. You do not want this man in your home!Portland OR

Comments: OMGosh.. these guys were just everything you want from a repair company/guy... Terry and his Son must have been near by because they were at my house within 30 mins of my call, looked at the situation, got to work fixing the mistakes from another guy I had paid a lot of money to and he left me worse off than when he started. Terry ran to Home Depot to get the right drawer slide, got it in, fixed it right, tested and only called it good when I was happy and I am a bit OCD so that's saying a lot. He also reversed the top of the drawer face that the other guy chipped a chunk out of that I had to glue myself. The bottom line is the drawer works nicely and looks great too. I am so happy I found these guys and I will call them for more work and I highly recommend them. Very personable, professional and they left a very happy client. I will hire them again when the need arises.

Work Description: Disconnect and remove old dishwasher and replace with cabinet. Remove and repair faulty original installation of washer. Remove broken faucet and replace with new. Make repairs and corrections to hoses and wires. I wanted more space, not a new dishwasher.
Comments: Terry replied immediately to my request and understood my need . He found a cabinet I love and installed it the next day. I added the faucet to the job afterward and he went out of his way to find one for me and replace my leaky broken one. Suffering from an injury I really needed the help and I appreciate Terry's professionalism! Great guy, knows everything about what he does, and extremely reliable, helpful, and fair. Thanks again Terry!!
