Description: Total Concept Services, Inc., was established in 1982 as a sole proprietorship and incorporated in 1998. We've concentrated on residential custom building over the years with an emphasis on residential remodeling. We understand that remodeling your home can be a very stressful undertaking and we make every effort to minimize your stress level. Starting with making your dream a reality by coordinating designers, architects and engineers to submitting plans and picking up necessary permits. Once construction begins, we have staff and reliable subcontractors that we have worked with on a consistent basis for a number of years. Great care is taken in respecting your concerns and property especially in maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Over the years we've done almost everything that can be done in residential construction including decks, bath remodels, kitchens, additions and 2nd story remodels.
