Comments: RUN fast & far if your'e reading this. My wife's review is below. We eventually tried to get our deposit back to hire another contractor. Brian, the owner, flat out refused and told my wife to have our attorney call him. The job was finally complete 10 MONTHS LATER on 6/28/2019 but oh it's not over yet! Now they are charging me over $2300 more for the "additional concrete they removed" eve n though i was told it wouldn't be more than a couple of hundred. this has cost me threats of fines from the city, lies and no calls/no shows on promised start dates, Not to mention the arguments this has caused in our marriage! etc...ridiculous. You have been warned if you're reading this!!!!!Cleveland OH

Comments: i hired topworth in june 2018 and i got a quote of 11,120. the saleman was very smooth talking and then i payed them. that was my worst mistake. it is now june 2019 and i still have nothing done.during this time after call emails i was promised extras and still nothing. the last straw is now they want to pay me installment and a ballon payment. all this come to is a ponzi scheme.i read now on the internet that other people are having the same promble. my advice is to anyone is run.Cleveland OH

Work Description: New Driveway
Comments: Started our driveway project in June of 2018. Got the estimate and had deposit and contract signed by August 3rd. Estimate of 5 weeks for driveway to be completed at that point. Now it is November 19th and still don't have a start date in sight. With temperatures dipping below freezing we have to move the project until NEXT YEAR!!! Honestly the only reason we have yet to fire them is my husband is concerned it will be a nightmare getting our deposit returned. This has been a CLOWN SHOW with excuse after excuse why they missed our September deadline and now we will have to deal with the consequences. My husband doesn't want to fire them because he is worried what a nightmare it will be to get our money back but I don't want to deal with this company for one more minute. So this is affecting us on a personal level now too. It is a big deal and a huge red flag to me when we are arguing and losing sleep over a contractor. NO WAY should that happen!! They should be ashamed of themselves as well as do the right thing and refund us the deposit.Cleveland OH

Work Description: 700 square foot stamped patio
Comments: Promised work would begin in three weeks. It was more like eight weeks to start and another three weeks to complete. This was only after a threat to cancel and lots of follow up calls and emails. If you decided to go with this company be sure to go over your contract with a fine tooth comb. Also insist on an actual start date and completion date. DO NOT go with an estimate of 3 weeks weather permitting . My fault because I knew better. Salesman may also promise a design that he can not deliver.Cleveland OH
