Work Description: Repair support for guy wire that holds the main service wires to the house
Comments: The support on my house that holds the supporting guy wire for the electric service came loose. TK Lyden came and inspected the issue on the day as promised. However, since I was not at home at the time I didn't know that and they did not call right away with a quote. The reason being is that they were checking with the utility to see if they would make the repair at no cost, so I give these guys credit for trying that option. It didn't work out quite that way, but they did repair the support and made arrangements for the utility to re-hook the wires. Everything was completed today. I can't really judge on the price, but it seemed reasonable to me.Charlton MA
