Work Description: Need a ceiling fan and 7 recess lights to be install in my family room. This is on the first floor, so there is not an attic to get into.
Comments: Tievey Electric company is a very proffessional company with friendly employees. This company was the only one who make an appointment to come and see the area where the work need to be done, so they gave me a better and acurate quote. Appointment for the actual job was very fast, didn't have to wait long. They knew what they were doing so I didn't have to give much explanation. They also offered to cover the different holes that need to be cover, the other company will said that I have to get someone else to do that. One person did all the work need to be done. I felt happy and comfortable before, during and after the work. I gave 4 start for quality of service because the guys make 2 big extra holes by mistake. Nothing that couldn't get fix, he covered them both and didn't bother me as much since the ceiling need to be paint any way. I put 4 stars for price, but I rather pay more knowing that that was all I was going to pay and not wonder about hidden charges. Over all, I am 100% satisfied with their service.

Comments: I have used many service companies before... needless to say not always a good experience. Tievy Electric is the exception. Mrs. Tievy who answered the phone was very helpful and very accommodating to my schedule. The electrician who came out was prompt, very professional did the job correct, even cleaned up after himself. I had gotten several quotes on the work I wanted done. I did not go with the cheapest estimate because apple for apple it wasn't the same. I went with Tievy, very reasonable and the quality of work is fabulous. I am very happy!
