Description: I started Thoughtful Construction, Inc. in late 2014 after spending 7 years building affordable homes with Habitat for Humanity of Durham. At Habitat I learned a lot about transforming places by building great homes on tight budgets for the sake of building better communities. Over the course of my career I've overseen nearly 100 new homes, renovations, and historic rehabs.

With Thoughtful Construction, I aim to continue the work of building and renovating homes that fit the needs of their owners while being cost effective to own and operate. I believe the best homes do more than just provide a shelter, they help make life better. We incorporate sustainable construction practices that improve durability and efficiency, and maximize the comfort and livability of your home.
