Comments: After just a year the tiles in our house started to separate from one another and the entire upstairs flooring has been disintegrated. This company put wood-looking tiles in my entire house (downstairs and upstairs), and I paid them a lot of money with a lifetime warranty in the contract. I called the company over three weeks and talked multiple times with Ray who made me wait in my houses and promised multiple times that he "will be there in two hours" or they" will be on their way to come fix it in a few hours", or sometimes give me excuses, and/or attitudes. We have experienced a lack of professionalism, a lack of honesty, and respect. Their customers' service is extremely bad. DO NOT LET THEIR LIFETIME WARRANTY FOOL YOU. I would not recommend this company to anyone. You will waste your money and regret it later.Mesa AZ

Work Description: Ordered carpeting for three bedrooms
Comments: Ray answered the phone when I called. We set up an appointment for that day and he was prompt, friendly, clean and nicely dressed. Ray answered my questions. I told him what I was interested in and he brought in the samples for the grade I was looking for. Ray never tried to sell me anything above what I was looking for. We set up an installation date and they were in and out within 5 hours. His workers were also clean, and neatly dressed for the work they needed to do. They both spoke english and were courteous and obviously worked hard till complete. They cleaned up after the installation and replaced the furniture with care. Work Description: Very unhappy with the timeliness, quality, and workmanship. Installers did not speak any English at all, so could not even communicate my dissatisfaction. This was just short of a disaster. At this point... May have to rip out entire flooring project installed and go with another company. The very fact I flew here from out of state, literally has made this a very expensive nightmare!
