Storm provided an estimate, came out and did the work and the final bill matched the estimate. Glad to have found this service!!! He's a nice guy - the only drawback (which is probably a positive one as well), is that he is so busy. He did come out as soon as the weather cleared, was on time, and worked quickly.

Work Description: I needed some expertise on where leaks may be getting in around the roof and some of the siding / windows. Storm responded quickly on Thumbtack and was able to see me the same day! Work Description: Call Storm First!
Storm answered my first call around 9:30 at night on a Saturday and talked to me about my skylight problems (broken seal & condensation) until I understood what was likely happening. Storm came out the very next day--on a Sunday, even--and inspected the skylight, my attic, and any drywall that could've been impacted. He also checked out the roof as well. Storm measured my skylight and had one custom-made to fit to ensure a perfect seal. As soon as the skylight was fabricated, he was out the next day to get it installed. He communicated with me the entire way and let me know what to expect time-wise and cost-wise. In addition to the new skylight, Storm also did some seal work around my turbines and other parts of the roof. I highly, HIGHLY recommend Storm & The Missing Shingle. He answers when you call, he comes when he says he will, he does what he says he will, and he charges you what he quotes you. He won't leave until you're satisfied.
