Owner (Rob Pritchard) did not complete the work and argued about the most visible repair identified in the contract which he did not touch. Almost came to blows over it. He was both verbally and physically threatening. I would never recommend the person to anyone, especially those who can't take care of themselves (e.g., seniors, women, disabled).Cincinnati OH
