Work Description: Dustin had to return because his first repair only worked for 2 days. Charged $100.00 When he came back he installed a new down limit switch and today is the start of the 2nd day so I hope this repair works. Cost $52.00 for the part & attaching it.
Dustin also replaced two metal brackets that are attached to the ceiling because I saw it pulled away from ceiling for a cost of $48.00 . Another $100.00 total charge.
It is too early to give a star rating because I need to see if the down switch replacement works for at least a week or two.
In my view , some of the $100.00 I paid Dustin the first time he tried to repair the issue, should have covered some of my cost when he returned 4 days later for the same door problem.
