Technician Seal of Safety - A symbol that conveys to a homeowner a contractor’s commitment to conducting criminal background checks and regular drug testing on technicians who enter private homes. When hiring a contractor to come into your home, most people don’t consider their personal safety or the safety of their family, but we want to make sure that homeowners, including women who may feel uncomfortable at home alone with a technician, the elderly, or disabled, realize the importance of calling a contractor who displays the ‘Technician Seal of Safety’. At TempRite, we stand behind the Seal to demonstrate how strongly we stand behind our clients and our community. 2. Service. If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our technician(s) smoke, swear, not drug free, do not wear shoe covers, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for service. 3. Repairs. We guarantee that the repairs on your equipment are fixed right or the repair is free. If a repair fails during the season, we will repair it again absolutely free. Specific repairs are guaranteed for two years or the repair is free! 4. Replacement. We guarantee that the equipment we have installed in your home will perform as we have stated.
