Comments: TemperaturePro was very professional, friendly, quick and cost effective. They were willing to talk with me on the phone to diagnose the problem and provide a temporary solution until they were able to come out and fix my unit, saving me the cost of two trips. Also, they are engineer based so they will find the problem and fix it instead of just replacing the entire unit, saving me even more money and time. Overall, great experience with a quality company that I would highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Comments: We were having trouble keeping our air conditioned on our second floor. Tyler came out and did a study of our system. This turned out to be quite a difficult problem to solve. First, our system was a bit under sized. Second it was pretty old. His first suggest was to seal our duct system to improve the airflow. The first attempt to do this failed. It turned out we had a huge leak in our duct system. We tried quite a few ways to find the problem. We were finally able to figure out that the duct in our laundry room was disconnected. We closed off that duct and were able to seal the system. HUGE improvement! I highly recommend the process. He also suggested when we replace our system that we use a variable speed system. I had had one of these before and swear by them.Bottom line, this was a very complicated problem to solve. It took a few months to get all the way through it. They went WAY above and beyond the call of duty to help us solve our problem. They offered us many good options along the way, talked us through all of them. They didn't just try to sell us a new system. I can't recommend them highly enough.

TemperaturePro came to my home to check on the furnaces; we are renting this home and weren't sure what condition they were in, if filters needed changing, or what. Tammy was very professional and helpful, and we were relieved to find that all is well. She even changed our exchange filters! Comments: Amazing company and people!!!! They came to service my airconditioner and furnace. I couldn't believe how thourough and kind they were. Tammy spent extra time wiht me going over hail damage to my ac which was fine (thank goodness) and then she even helped me fix the thermostat I installed incorrectly. She didn't charge me because it was an easy fix which was so kind. You won't go wrong with this company. They are hardworking and trustworthy! Thank you!!!Centennial CO

Work Description: They were cost effective, quick, professional and friendly. They found the problem and were able to provide the best solution because they are an engineer based company. Great people to work with that were looking out for my best interest, trying to save me the most money. I would definitely recommend them and I will be using them again in the future.
