Comments: tech was polite, knowledgeable and prompt. what was an inconvenience was that the night before when i scheduled the appt. i could not be told how much specific services were or even an approximate. all i was told was that it was a $75 service call & when they come out i would know what cost what. needless to say, it was unexpected costs that occurred.
