Comments: Before I contacted this web site, several roofers came out to inspect the roof and all had the same reply, re-do the whole roof, re-flash everything, blah, blah, blah, it will cost $$$$$.Nick from Technology contractors came out and inspected the roof. He states, all is well, but let us look at the problem from another perspective.
He inspected the roof from another angle and found the problem. Re-calk a portion of the chimney. He sealed it, and though optomistic, we will see if that was the problem after a major rain.
Nick still fulfilled the original request which was a written estimate, outlining what work will be performed.
His professionalism and attention to detail outstanding.
His group will be on our list to contact when we replace the whole roof probably in four years....it is a Lennar home.

I know you stay pretty busy and mine was a small job and I appreciate your concern and desire to see things done right.
Did not get a lot of rain but some wind mainly out of the northwest (which the house faces in the front) and no leaks.

Work Description: They put a 30 year architectural shingle on the pitch part and on the flat part Dura-last which they recommended.
Comments: I am really impressed with the work; it was thorough, complete and done the way it is supposed to. During the hurricane last September the both roofs were so wonderful I didn’t even hear the wind or the hail. Before the Duralast roof it would get really hot in the summer and really cold in the winter but since we have the new roof it keeps the balance. What he promised is what he did. Hurricane 3 proof. After hurricane Rita when people were trying to spike the prices, he worked with me. His standards of quality work are perfect.

Work Description: Rick replaced a leaking boot (flashing) on my roof for the bathroom exhaust fan that was leaking right into my bathroom. We've had several rain showers and thunderstorms since then and it has not leaked one drop. He also checked for other leaks, gave me some tips and gave me a 2 year guarantee.
Comments: I'm very happy with the work that was performed. Rick McGrath was very courteous as well as informative. After the 2 year guarantee, I will definitely have Rick check my roof again and I will continue to use his services.Thank You!
