Work Description: Mysterious problem with a dead circuit but no thrown breakers. Looked like a GFI had thrown, but there were no GFI on this circuit. Since the home alarm system was on this circuit, I was particularly concerned.
Comments: Very good service. Exactly on time. Quickly diagnosed the problem - a bad connection on a ceiling fan control switch that I had installed myself a year ago.Very friendly but professional. No attempts to sell me anything extra; just straight honest "fix the problem" service exactly as it should be. Cost was minimum service charge.
I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Work Description: There was a loose connection between the breaker box and the house--four rooms were without lights. He had to trace the power from the box to the house, following it in the attic as well as checking the switch areas.
