Comments: I was impressed at first with the courtesy I received when I initially called and by the professionalism of Mike when he came to give an estimate. But then when it came time to coordinate with the insurance, it all fell apart. When it was all said and done, I did not get the door that was on my estimate; I only received one of the 2 remotes I was promised; I was told they did not charge extra for removal, but they were given it by the insurance company and argued that it was theirs even though they had left the old garage door behind at my request. Furthermore, I checked contractor as well as retail pricing and also installation cost for what I received and we were greatly overcharged. My estimate was not for the one they installed.Dearborn MI

Comments: I used this company because when I spoke with the operator she informed me that the price on the springs would be $160 and if the door was bigger and larger springs were needed the price would go up to about $180. When they arrived they quoted me a price of $250. I had already taken the day off work and if I refused this estimate and started from scratch I would loose even more. I am very disappointed in this quote but had no choice but to move forward. Then the contractor sprayed WD40 all on my track which then leaked all over the door so I had to spend the next half hour smearing grease off the front of my door. They were nice but I would never recommend and use this calling service or company.Ypsilanti MI
