Work Description: repaired a scratched floor
Comments: I manage about 25 furniture delivery trucks in the Chicago area and I used Lyle to fix a customer's floor that one of my guys scratched. He did a great job and was available to go out right away. Along with great work Lyle is also an honest guy. He gave me an estimate to fix the scratched floor and when he got there the repairs were easier than he had originally thought. He adjusted the bill down to reflect the correct amount of time it took to repair the floors. A lot of contractors would not have said anything and charged the higher cost. Next time I have to fix a customer's floor I will be calling Lyle first.
