"Early February my furnace stopped working. I had no heat. I called SuperTec Heating and Cooling they came out within hours the same day. The technician looked at my furnace and found that not only was my line from my thermostat broken in the wall somewhere but also someone prior had done some bad wiring inside the furnace which had shorted out my transformer. He was very thorough and took the time to explain to me exactly what he was doing as well as showing me, through a number of tests, exactly how he knew what was the problem. He ran new wire for me from my thermostat on the first floor to the furnace in the basement, installed a new transformer, and correctly wired my fan limit switch to my gas valve. He turned the system back on and it worked. Needless to say I was very happy. This particular day was a very cold one and now I had heat. Thanks Supertec Heating and Cooling! I will definitely refer this company."

"Supertec Heating and Cooling had done work for me. On their previous visit they warned me that they felt my blower motor may soon need to be replace. They said it was basically working too hard, not running properly and on it's last leg. Well at the time I thought I could put it off. I just didn't want to spend the money for it. Well, recently, as I had been told may happen, my blower motor made a number of loud wining noises and then stopped. I called SuperTec on Friday around noon and they were at my house very quickly. Again, the technician did a few tests, confirming that my motor was indeed dead. He took the old one out, put a new one in along with a new capacitor, flipped the switch and I had air again. One thing that I will say is that the new motor is quieter than my old motor ever was. Everything works perfectly. I am definitely a happy customer. I mean these guys really know their stuff."

Work Description: Service on our air conditioner he'd installed. If you're looking for who you can trust to take care of your homes heating and cooling with dedication and commitment to his customers, his work and at an honestly good value, Cham at SuperTec is emphatically the right choice!
Comments: Cham replaced our air conditioner 2 years ago and I called him this morning because we were not getting any airflow through our vents. Came out same day we called and found it had sucked in the filter where we couldn't see it and so we'd replaced it and then had two filters in front of the fan killing the airflow. He still spent about an hour here just to make sure everything else was as it should be after he found this and wasn't even going to charge us for the service call. How do you beat that kind of service, commitment to his work and customers and not pay at least something for his time? He refused it, but Was glad to at least insist on giving something for his time and absolutely thrilled with the service. He exhibits the best of what we can hope for in customer service in any industry and he's earned one very loyal client in our family! If you're looking for someone you can trust and appreciate for your home heating and cooling needs, he's it. Thank you Cham! Work Description: Assisted me in fixing my furnace over the phone. Told me how to clean my Flame sensor. Then followed up to make sure it was working correctly.
Comments: This morning my furnace was not working and according to the led codes the flame sensor was not working. I went to lennox.com to find a dealer that could sell me the part. The first 5 I called went to voice mail or wanted to schedule a service call. I then got to Cham at Supertech. He listens to my problem, took my model and SN, and said he would call me back with info about the part I needed. Cham called back in15 min telling me it would be Monday before he could get the part. However, he told me how to clean the sensor. He asked me to call him back after I cleaned it to make sure everything was ok. It worked and it only cost me $3 for stealwool. When I called back, he took the time to ask me questions to make sure it was working ok. Not very often do you get service like this. I am so pleased that I am going to have him out this spring to give my A/C a tune up.Columbus OH

Comments: We are thrilled with the service we received from Supertec! Our furnace went out in the middle of the snow storm and we were at wits end to figure out how to get it repaired on a very tight budget. The gentleman named "Cham" (rhymes with mom) at Supertec called to find out our problem and he gave us a very reasonable quote for a house call. However, before he hung up, he suggested that (based on the symptoms of the broken furnace) we might be able to repair the problem ourselves and save the cost of a house call. He stayed on the phone with us for as long as it took to talk us through the process. When the first try didn't bring the furnace back to life, he suggested what part to buy and even explained how to install the part ourselves. I cannot adequately convey how patient and helpful he was as he talked us step-by-step through the repair. By the time he was done, we had a fully functioning furnace again. I would definitely recommend that SUPERTEC be your first call if you want to work with a genuinely helpful, caring and professional company for heating and cooling repair. It's nice to know that there are still professionals who will give of their time and expertise to help a fellow citizen in distress. That kind of service is a rare gem. OUr furnace is old will definitely need to be replaced before next winter. Cham and the folks at Supertec will be our first call, you can believe that. Bravo, Cham. You really made the difference. Comments: I contacted Cham for the installation of whole house humidifier after looking at all positive reviews.I would like to recommend his services .He is very knowledgable and clearly updates all the details of the installation to the customer.His rates are very affordable and even got the parts for the installation with no additional charge.He drove to my home three times for the installation as the item I bought didn't contain the necessary parts.He even performed test on my current Air conditioning Unit and provided free advice.
I would definitely consider Cham for my future heating & cooling services.

Comments: I've worked with many contractors and Cham is definitely the most honest man & experienced person I've worked with. We purchase a new air conditioner unit about 3 years ago and one thing after another went out on the unit. Cham came back every single time to fix it in a prompt manner. The manufacturer wasn't as accomodating as Cham. This year two things went out on the unit within 24 hours. The manufacturer decided to replace the unit but Cham went above and beyond and replaced our unit with another high quality manufacturer air conditioner. Comments: I want to say that Cham the ServiceMagic Approved Contractor was EXCEPTIONAL! He is without a doubt such a huge asset to any household that is having heating or air conditioning issues .He is extremely knowledgeble and knows this business inside and out.
Many other companies are quick to come out and immediately recommend that the customer needs a brand new ac unit or furnace. Cham is different. He understands that mahy people are having rough times financially and he is an honest Man. He eliminates EVERY single factor that may be causing a problem before giving a definitive answer that an expensive part will be needed to fix the problem.

He replaced my compressor on my a/c unit and the cold air is blowing out better then it ever did. Btw the compressor that was just replaced was 16 years old.
