Comments: We trust the professional who observed the non-working unit and provided detailed explanation about the issue and what he is planning to do next day to resolve the problem. However five days since we are still waiting for AC repair to be completed. As per the SAGMI representative, the broken detail has to be delivered, but did not arrive yet.Brooklyn NY
