Comments: David and the Sunbeam Team gave me hands down the best experience I’ve ever had hiring a company. David communicated properly throughout the project, I wanted to make last minute changes and they got it done with no issue. I have no complaints I can say about this company. They executed my vision. I had 7 bids on this project because I’ve had an issue in the past with hiring the cheapest guy. This company was the 2nd highest bid but I just felt good about it. Work Description: Concrete RV pad and shed foundation
Comments: Took roughly a month to do a three day job. Kept promising they would get it done and was always filled with excuses. Never finished the joints and the concrete started cracking a couple weeks after as a result. Had multiple contractors give us a bid for a separate project and were appalled at the job that was done to include improper grading towards a window well that will likely result in flooding in our basement. Work Description: Stamped concrete patio
Comments: I hired David (the local manager) and his crew on July 24, 2017. The frustration has not stopped since. It is now January 1st, 2018, the job is still not finished, the patio is cracking, the stamp is overlapped. Absolutely terrible quality. They keep promising they can fix it, but they also keep coming up with excuses why they don't show up. I'm in the process of suing to get my money back.West Jordan UT

Work Description: Repair brick, refinish top step.
Comments: I requested service from Sunbeam starting 9/17/17. Was told that they could start the project on 9/21. They did manage to come out one day and tear out some brick and some mortar. I have been BEGGING since, to finish the job. I gave them "one last chance" on 10/30 to have it done by 11/5. Was told that if "he" couldn't do it, he would get someone else to, for sure...Should have known better. I heard nothing but excuse after excuse as to why the job wasn't completed. David, the contact is very likable which makes you want to give them a chance. I'd PASS on this company.Bountiful UT

Work Description: Removal of concrete column
Comments: Tao, from Sunbeam, was a likable, punctual and hard working person. I hired him because he would remove the concrete and make some repairs to the wall. My complaint is that he didn't finish the repair work.-
