Work Description: Hail damage to roof / inspection / quote
Comments: Let me start by saying that we did not use this company for our roof repair. Had we been in contact with them prior to beginning work with another contractor we would definitely have worked with Todd. We had some concerns about some of the information we received from the other contractor so I called Strata and talked to Todd on the phone. He knew he would not be getting our job but he took his time to answer all my questions. While talking with Todd he told me he would be in my area the following day and he setup an appointment time to come visit with me to make sure all of my concerns were put to rest. He was very easy to understand, he addressed all of my concerns, and he assured me that I could feel confident in the work the other contractor was proposing. I would highly recommend Todd/Strata based on his willingness to help, his knowledge of the roofing industry, and his personal attention. I have recommended him to several of my neighbors who are also in need of roofing repairs. He is on my contact list for any future needs.-
