Work Description: Removed and replaced ( rotten and missing ) siding at different locations around the house. Removed and replaced 1 fascia board on back of house, removed and replaced trim on back door jamb, replaced missing trim pieces throughout exterior of house, power washed house and painted the entire exterior of house.
Comments: I was amazed at the great job Lance did on our house. In my opinion he went above and beyond in order to help bring life back to a house which was " dead." I definitely recommend Lance and his services! He is professional, courteous, punctual and honest. He was always available by phone and willing to answer any question I had about my project. As you might gather...Lance impressed me and he really did an outstanding job! I plan to hire Lance in the near future to install wood flooring throughout my house and also resurface and/or tile kitchen counter and cabinets.

Work Description: Lance has remodeled our bathroom, installed the bathtub, did some plumbing, laid some tile, did some carpentry work, installed front door units, and lots of miscellaneous things.
Comments: He has done excellent work, has been very courteous, and thorough in everything he does. Lance is a super person to have working for you.-
