Work Description: I hired Ronnie to install my 24 inch tiles on 1100 sq ft and after 2 weeks the tiles starting comming out.

This lady clearly only wants to act as if I did something wrong. I told this lady that I gave her a 5 year warranty on the floor and she called me on the say I was supposed to arive and I was going to call as soon as I got home and she had aleady hired someone to come in and fix my mistakes. While I was on the phone I tried to tell her I warrantyed the floor and I would try to get there asap. And she then next day says she is going to sew me and that I refused to fix the work. But I clearly stated I would come out and fix the little bit of work for no charge and stated I warranty my work for thos reasons sometimes things happen and need fixed but as I said clearly she only wants problems. People watch your self cause there are ppl who are only looking to try to bring u down and only want problems. Don't make a apple into an onion
