Work Description: Breaking existing sidewalk, placing a wire mesh, and paving above standard 4000 psi quality cement over it. Work Permit is required.
Comments: S.M. Construction did an excellent job for replacing my sidewalk with good responsibility and a very reasonable price INCLUDING Work Permit from NYC Department of Building, and good quality cement with 4000 psi (above standard 3500 psi) from a licensed cementing truck company. They came on Thursday in the first trip early in the morning until late evening for replacing my sidewalk. Later they came back in the 2nd trip Sunday afternoon to finish a final touch up and to remove all bags of stones from my front yard into their vehicle. The only small draw back was that they did not contact me before they came back for the 2nd trip, and so I wasn't quite ready.. All in all, they did an excellent job for me. I have already recommended them to my neighbors. I would recommend S. M. Construction in the future to anyone I know who needs a good job done based on what S. M. Construction has done for me..-
