Comments: Sledge is has always been able to schedule an appointment within 24 hours. They are punctual and have an app which allows you to track their progress to your house. The technician I have worked with, Patrick, is very knowledgeable and has always been able to identify the problem and repair as needed. They also take detailed notes and photos of each visit which is helpful for identifying any potential routine problem. I will continue to use Sledge for all my heating/ac repair needs.
