Work Description: Exterior Stairs
Comments: Scott took money from me to build new stairs. I can't express enough how BAD the quality of work is. Multiple bad cuts on boards that were used anyway. Stair treads that don't line up evenly. One cut so short it barely sits on the riser therefore could not be fastened down. The materials used were treated deck boards so that piece will be bowing up before long. I am pretty certain that what I paid for materials was well more than the actual cost of it so why he would,'t get another board? Not sure if it was because he is lazy or that he wouldn't profit as much on the overcharge of materials. I asked him to replace it and haven't seen or heard from him since. I am guessing it is because he used a nail gun to fasten everything. No getting that apart without destroying it. Anyone interested in hiring him should come take a look at what he did to me. I would be happy to show you.
